Douglas C. Duggan
                                              In 1991, Dr. Duggan graduated from high school in Twin Falls, Idaho. Directly upon
                                     graduating, he enrolled at North-West College of Medical Assistants in Pomona,
                                     California. After completion of the optometric technician program, Dr. Duggan worked
                                     in the field with certification from the American Board of Opticianry for the next ten
                                     years. Throughout most of this decade, he continued his education in pursuit of further
                                     knowledge in the field and for the optometry degree. In December of 1997, Dr.
                                     Duggan graduated from Idaho State University with a bachelor degree in science.
                                     In the spring of 2003, he completed his education with a Doctorate of Optometry
                                     from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He is licensed to
prescribe eye glasses, contact lenses, and medications to treat ocular conditions and diseases of the eye.   Our
Doctor is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Optometric Physicians of Washington. Dr.
Duggan currently resides in West Richland, Washington with his wife of 17 years and their four children.
